Packaging of Palladium Foil:
Standard Packaging
Palladium foil is individually protected with soft protective paper or PE film to prevent scratches, creasing and surface damage. The foil is then placed in a sealed moisture-resistant inner bag and secured with protective cushioning inside a rigid export carton or wooden case. Packaging can be adjusted according to foil thickness, dimensions and order quantity.
Shipping
Available shipping methods include FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight and express delivery ((DHL/FedEx/UPS)), depending on order quantity and destination. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB and CIF. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo weight, dimensions, destination and selected transportation method.
Lead Time
Samples: 3–7 working days
Standard orders: 15–25 working days
Customized specifications: 25–40 working days
Shipping Documents
Standard shipping documents can include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and relevant material certificates or inspection documents according to the order requirements.

Q1: What information do you need for a custom quotation?
Please provide palladium purity, foil thickness, width, length or roll size, required quantity, surface finish and delivery destination.
Q2:What is the MOQ for palladium foil?
MOQ depends on purity, thickness, dimensions and production method. Small quantities can be evaluated for samples, while regular production MOQ is quoted according to the required specification.
Q3:What is the production lead time?
Samples typically require 3–7 working days. Standard orders generally require 15–25 working days, while customized specifications may require 25–40 working days.
Q4:What quality documents are available?
Material certificates can be provided with chemical composition and relevant inspection data. Additional inspection or testing documents can be arranged according to the order requirements.
Industry-Specific Questions
Q1: What palladium foil is recommended for hydrogen purification?
Thin palladium foil or palladium-alloy foil is recommended for hydrogen separation applications. The required thickness and alloy composition should be selected according to operating temperature, hydrogen pressure and membrane design.
Q2: What palladium foil is suitable for high-temperature chemical applications?
Use palladium foil with the required purity and thickness based on the working temperature and chemical environment. For continuous high-temperature service, the operating conditions should be confirmed before material selection.
Q3: What information is needed to select palladium foil for electronic components?
Provide the component dimensions, required thickness, electrical requirements, operating temperature, contact environment and quantity. These parameters determine the appropriate purity, thickness and surface condition.
