Shanghai Metal Corporation is manufacturer and supplier of Lead Components.
Our Lead Components are made of 99.99% high-purity electrolytic lead or lead-based alloys customized according to requirements (such as lead-antimony alloy, lead-tin alloy, hard lead, etc.). Lead has a low melting point (approximately 327.5°C) and good fluidity, ensuring clear casting profiles.

Supports full customization according to customer drawings, meeting size, thickness, and structural requirements for various scenarios.

1)Radiation shielding components: Including lead bricks, lead shielding boxes, collimators, pinhole apertures, etc., used in medical imaging equipment (CT, PET-CT), industrial flaw detectors, and nuclear industry hot cells, providing localized precise shielding.

2)Corrosion-resistant components: Such as lead lining plates, flange sleeves, and valve linings, installed inside chemical reactors, electrolysis tanks, and pickling tanks, to resist corrosion from strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and chromic acid

1)High-precision Custom Machining: Supports various processes such as CNC finishing, precision casting, stamping and stretching, with tolerances up to ±0.05mm to ensure perfect matching of complex-shaped parts and assembly positions.

2)Flexible Alloy Selection: Offers pure lead, lead-antimony, lead-tin, and lead-silver alloys according to part functions (such as hardness and creep resistance), optimizing mechanical performance and corrosion resistance.

3)Installation-friendly Design: Can integrate threaded holes, slots, and locating pins, allowing direct installation without additional machining, significantly shortening the assembly cycle.

Products of Shanghai Metal Corporation are packed and labeled according to the regulations and customer's requests. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
