Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading Stainless Steel Wire Rope Oval Sleeves manufacturer and supplier.
Stainless Steel Wire Rope Oval Sleeves are oval‑shaped metal fittings designed for crimp‑locking stainless steel wire rope ends. After inserting two rope ends through the sleeve, users apply hydraulic crimping force to deform the oval sleeve, creating a permanent fixed loop terminal for wire rope assemblies. These fittings are widely used for rigging assemblies, safety lanyards, overhead hanging systems, yacht rigging, fence tensioning and stage suspension hardware. It solves common field problems such as loose wire‑rope loop connections, slipping under tensile load and rough hand‑made wire rope terminals with low breaking strength. Matching sleeve size to corresponding wire‑rope diameter guarantees crimp joint tensile performance, avoiding joint failure under dynamic or static load and lowering safety risks for hoisting and suspension applications.

Lead Time
Stock‑spec samples:3‑7 working days
Standard bulk orders:18‑28 working days
Custom special‑size orders:28‑40 working days

Q1:How long does sample preparation take?
A:Stock specifications take 3‑7 working days. Non‑stock custom sizes require 10‑15 working days.
Q2:What information do you need for quotation?
A:Please provide grade, sleeve size (matching wire rope diameter), order quantity and destination port.
Q3:What is the MOQ?
A:Standard bulk MOQ is 50kg; small sample orders starting from 5kg are acceptable with higher unit price.
Q4:What documents can you supply?
A:We provide ISO9001 related documents and factory inspection reports for each batch. Certificate of origin is available on request.
Q5:What will happen if I use mismatched sleeve and wire‑rope size?
A:Mis‑matched size will cause insufficient crimp compression, leading to connection slip and drop of actual breaking‑load, bringing safety hazard. Must select sleeves strictly according to wire rope diameter.
Q6:Should I choose 304 or 316 grade?
A:Choose 304 for inland dry‑environment use. Choose 316 for coastal, marine or salt‑spray exposure environment for better anti‑corrosion performance.
