The AWC-2 Series high-performance braided sleeve is manufactured from high-quality tinned copper wire using a precision braiding process. The tinned copper wire braided sleeves are neatly wound onto sturdy reels to prevent tangling, deformation, and mechanical damage. Each reel is tightly wrapped with transparent plastic film to protect it from moisture, dust, oxidation, and contamination during storage and transportation. The protected reels are then packed individually or in groups inside durable corrugated cartons with identification labels. For bulk export shipment, the cartons are consolidated in reinforced wooden cases to provide additional protection against impact, compression, and rough handling during long-distance transportation.
