Standard Packaging
PE heat-shrink tubing is typically exported in rolls on paper cores. The tubing is wound around the paper core and covered with a protective film, with multiple rolls packed into sturdy, neutral-colored corrugated cardboard boxes. Large-diameter, thick-walled tubing may be protected with a rigid paper tube. Shipping labels are affixed to the boxes, and the paper cores are labeled with specifications, material, certifications, batch numbers, and other relevant information. If required, wooden crates may also be added over the cardboard boxes to enhance transport safety.

We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight, as well as project specific over land trucking, subject to order quantity and destination country. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and other Incoterms upon customer request. Freight cost is calculated according to cargo volume, gross weight, delivery destination and selected transport mode.

A: Cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink sleeve. It shrinks upon heating to provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wires, joints and components.

A: Standard 2:1, optional 3:1 /4:1. Single wall or dual wall with adhesive liner for waterproof sealing.
