Q3.Do I need to mechanically strip the insulation before soldering?
A: No. Our Triple Insulated Wire is designed for direct solderability. You can dip it directly into a solder bath at 420°C - 450°C for 2-4 seconds, and the insulation will melt away
cleanly.
Q4.Can TIW completely replace margin tape and insulating paper?
A: Yes. Because TIW meets the safety standards for reinforced insulation (such as IEC 60950), you can eliminate margin tape and interlayer tape, allowing primary and secondary
wires to be wound adjacent to each other.
