In response to the needs of high-end customers, we have developed a new type of aluminum/titanium/steel explosive welding plate, utilizing titanium as an intermediate layer to avoid direct bonding between aluminum and steel, thereby reducing the formation of intermetallic compounds between aluminum and steel. Compared to aluminum-steel welding blocks, this design significantly enhances the stability of the connection between the steel claw and the aluminum guide rod. It boasts high bonding strength, increased maximum operating temperature, reduced interfacial impedance and potential difference, and a reduced probability of steel claw detachment under extreme working conditions. Consequently, its service life and energy-saving capabilities are greatly improved.
