Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading PTFE sheet(Teflon sheet) manufacturer and supplier.
It is divided into two types: molded plate and turning plate. The molded plate is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding at room temperature, then winding and cooling. The turning plate is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by pressing, Sintered and peeled. High temperature resistance, wear resistance, high pressure resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance; it can effectively prevent deformation and aging. It can be used at -196℃~+260℃ under no load.

Q1.Can you provide processed finished parts besides raw PTFE sheets?
A: Yes. We can offer further machining service including cutting, drilling, milling and punching according to customer drawings.
Q2.How do you control the surface quality of PTFE sheets?
A: Each piece goes through visual inspection after sintering and machining. Scratches, pits and deformation will be rejected before packing.
Q3.Do you accept mixed‑item orders with different sizes in one shipment?
A: Yes, mixed sizes are acceptable. Please list all dimensions and quantities when sending inquiry.
Q4.What payment terms are available for bulk orders?
A: We mainly accept T/T. 30% deposit for production, balance against copy of shipping documents. Other terms negotiable for long‑term cooperation.
Q5.Will pure PTFE sheet creep under long‑term pressure?
A: Yes. Pure PTFE will produce cold flow (creep) under sustained high pressure. For heavy‑load gasket application, filled‑grade PTFE is recommended.
Q6.Is PTFE sheet suitable for outdoor continuous exposure environment?
A: Pure PTFE has excellent UV‑resistance, it will not age under long‑term outdoor exposure. Mechanical strength remains stable.
