Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading Electrode Tube manufacturer and supplier.
Electrode Tube is a tubular conductive component made from copper, copper alloy or other conductive metals. It is widely used in electric discharge machining, welding equipment, electrolysis systems and metallurgical testing equipment. The tube transfers electric current steadily during operation and maintains stable conductivity under continuous working conditions. It can be processed into different outer diameters, wall thicknesses and lengths according to customer drawings. This product solves the problem of current transmission in high‑temperature and high‑current working environments. It supports precise machining and stable power delivery to avoid current fluctuation that may affect processing accuracy. We supply standard sizes and custom machined pieces for industrial equipment assembly and maintenance.

Standard Packaging
Each electrode tube is wrapped with protective acid-free paper to avoid surface scratches. Multiple tubes are bundled and fixed with plastic bands, then placed into rigid export cartons lined with foam padding. Cartons are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets and secured with stretch film and strapping bands for overseas shipment.

Q1: What information do you need for a custom quotation of electrode tubes?
A: Please provide outer diameter, inner hole type, required length, material grade, order quantity and destination port for quotation.
Q2: Can electrode tubes be cut to custom lengths?
A: Yes. We can cut electrode tubes to your specified length. Length tolerance will be confirmed before production.
Q3: What surface finish options are available for EDM electrode tubes?
A: Standard surface is drawn finish. Special surface treatment can be arranged upon request for specific EDM requirements.
Q4: What factors should I consider when selecting EDM electrode tubes?
A: You need to consider workpiece material, required hole precision, flushing demand and discharge current parameters for your EDM machine.
Q5: What is the difference between C11000 copper electrode tube and C2800 brass electrode tube?
A: C11000 copper has higher conductivity for stable discharge. C2800 brass has better wear resistance and lower material cost for general machining.
Q6: How do you control quality before shipment?
A: Each batch will be inspected for dimension, straightness and surface condition. Inspection records can be provided if requested.
