Our Carbide punching needle is made of metal Carbide powders such as Tungsten carbide and cobalt, and is a high-precision mold core component made through powder metallurgy technology. Specially designed for stamping molds, it has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, and high bending strength, and can meet the precision stamping life requirements of more than 3 million times.

2. High hardness and wear resistance: The hardness can reach 92.0HRA, and the wear resistance life is 5-10 times higher than that of tool steel and high-speed steel.
3. High strength: The bending strength can reach up to 4000MPa, which can effectively prevent the punch from deforming or breaking during the stamping process.
4. Good stability: corrosion-resistant, rust free, with good chemical stability and red hardness.
5. Precision machining guarantee.
6. High precision: Through precision grinding, the accuracy can reach ± 0.001mm, the roundness is 0.001mm, and the concentricity is 0.002mm.
7. High smoothness: The surface is treated with mirror finish, and the smoothness can reach Ra0.4 or above, effectively reducing frictional resistance during stamping and improving deformation resistance.

Professional application selection:
According to the material and thickness of the stamping material, suitable hard alloy models can be selected or recommended to achieve the longest service life.
Selection reference:
When stamping thick or hard materials, it is recommended to choose models with better toughness and slightly lower hardness to prevent punching defects.
When stamping thin or soft materials, models with higher hardness can be selected to improve wear resistance and lifespan.
