ABS is a copolymer composed of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. ABS plastic has the common properties of three components, its mechanical properties and thermal properties are excellent, stable performance in the range of -40 ~ 100℃. A makes it resistant to chemical corrosion, heat resistance, and has a certain surface hardness, B makes it have high elasticity and toughness, S makes it have the processing and forming characteristics of thermoplastics and improve electrical properties. ABS plastic is a kind of tough, hard and rigid material with good comprehensive performance, cheap price and wide use. ABS plastics have been widely used in machinery, electrical, textile, automobile, aircraft, ships and other manufacturing industries and chemical industry.

1. Dimensions: Customized according to customer drawings or samples; injection molding tolerance: ±0.02–0.1 mm; CNC machining tolerance: up to ±0.01 mm; recommended wall thickness: 1.2–4 mm; minimum wall thickness: ≥0.8 mm; draft angle: 1°–3°.

Standard Packaging

There are three common types of packaging for ABS fittings: first, woven bags wrapped in PE film, which are suitable for high-volume, full-container shipments; second, cardboard boxes, which are suitable for small-diameter pipe fittings, samples, and less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments; and third, wooden crates, which enhance transport safety.

Shipping

We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight, as well as project specific over land trucking, subject to order quantity and destination country. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and other Incoterms upon customer request. Freight cost is calculated according to cargo volume, gross weight, delivery destination and selected transport mode.

Q1: What material do you use for ABS parts?

We adopt high-purity ABS raw material. Multiple modified materials are optional, including flame-retardant ABS (UL94-V0), weather-resistant ABS, high-impact ABS, and PC/ABS alloy materials to fit different working environments.

Q2: What production processes do you support?

We mainly provide injection molding for mass production and CNC machining for custom prototypes and small-batch orders. 3D printing service is also available for sample testing.

Q3: What surface treatments can you provide?

We support matte / glossy finishing, oil spraying, UV coating, electroplating, silk screen printing, laser marking and polishing to meet different appearance and anti-wear requirements.

Q4: Are ABS parts suitable for outdoor use?

Standard ABS is not recommended for long-term outdoor exposure, as it is prone to yellowing and aging under UV radiation. For outdoor scenarios, we recommend customized weather-resistant ABS or PC/ABS alloy parts.

Q5: What is the working temperature range of ABS parts?

The normal working temperature is from-20℃ to 80℃. It cannot be used in high-temperature environments above 80℃ for a long time. For high-temperature resistance requirements, PC/ABS alloy or other engineering plastics are alternative options.

Q6: Do you provide OEM & custom services?

Yes. We support full customization based on customers’ 2D/3D drawings, samples and technical requirements, including custom size, color, structure, surface effect and functional modification.

Q7: What is your delivery time?

Sample orders usually take 3–7 working days. Mass production orders take 7–15 working days, depending on product complexity and order quantity.
