Product Detail

Shanghai Metal Corporation is a specialist in the field of offshore containers. We take care of the design, manufacture and sale of offshore containers in various sizes and versions.

SMC's 20ft Offshore Dry Container are used for storing equipment, tools and other items used in the offshore industry. The containers are designed and manufactured to DNV 2.7-1 and EN12079 certification. For units with a maximum gross weight of greater than 16500kg and ISO 1496 (CSC) approval is also possible.

The units come with internal lashing points and external tag line points as well as net points just inside the cargo doors for door nets and net hooks on the inside of the doors for storage of the nets. Corner castings on the bottom come as standard and are also available on the top.
