Our Zinc Strip / Coil / Sheet / Plate are rolled products manufactured from pure zinc, complying with ASTM B69, ASTM B418 and GB/T 2059 standards. The pure zinc grades contain minimum 99.95% zinc up to 99.995% zinc, with strictly controlled trace impurities of lead, iron, copper and cadmium. Available thickness ranges from 0.05 mm to 20 mm, with customizable width, length and cutting sizes based on client drawings. These rolled zinc materials offer good ductility for bending, stamping and machining, stable electrochemical potential and natural atmospheric corrosion resistance. They are widely applied as sacrificial anodes for buried steel pipelines, storage tanks and subsea steel structures to mitigate galvanic corrosion and extend service life of steel assets. They also serve as zinc anodes for electroplating lines, roofing and flashing components in building construction, substrates for zinc-air batteries and evaporation materials for vacuum coating. The products can be supplied with anti-rust paper, PE film and IPPC wooden pallets for ocean shipment to avoid white rust during transit.

1.High electrochemical activity: Zinc has a relatively negative potential and can be used as a sacrificial anode to preferentially corrode and protect steel (core characteristic of cathodic protection).

Standard Packaging:

1. Zinc Coil/Zinc Strip: wrapped in moisture-proof and rust proof paper, sealed with PE plastic film, and protected by protective rings at both ends; Steel strapping, wooden pallets.

2. Zinc Sheet: PE protective film is applied to the board surface, and paper is used to isolate and prevent scratches between the boards; Stacked packaging, bottom wooden pallet, steel strip reinforcement; Thick plates can be individually packaged in wooden boxes.
