Bulk containers are reinforced cargo units designed for dry bulk material transportation. They are built with strong steel frames, thick side panels, top loading hatches and bottom discharge openings. The sealed structure prevents dust leakage and protects bulk goods from rain, moisture and external contamination during transit. Heavy-duty floor and side supports withstand abrasive materials and repeated loading operations. Top hatches allow fast loading by conveyor or grab, while bottom discharge openings enable efficient unloading at receiving terminals. These units are widely used for shipping grain, cement, coal, ash, mineral powder and other dry bulk commodities. We can customize hatch positions, discharge patterns and reinforcement details according to material characteristics and project requirements.

1. Main Components: The container combines a steel frame, side panels, top loading hatches, bottom discharge outlets and seals for dry bulk transport.

2. Welded Steel Frame: The main frame supports lifting and stacking, keeping the container stable during handling and transfer between transport modes.

As the carrier for international multimodal transportation, bulk containers are fully inspected before shipment to guarantee complete structural integrity and qualified anti-corrosion paint, in strict accordance with ISO standards.

We support sea freight, road trucking depending on order quantity, unit dimension and destination. Available trade terms include EXW / FOB / CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Q1: What information do you need for a custom quotation?

A: Please provide: container size(20ft or 40ft), power supply details (voltage and phase), site conditions (water supply, drainage) are also helpful.

Q2: What is the MOQ and production lead time?

A: MOQ is 1 unit. Standard orders take 15–25 working days. Customized orders take 25–40 working days.

Q3: What is the difference between a 20ft and 40ft Container Laundry?

A: A 20ft unit is suitable for small camps or a single self-service station. A 40ft unit offers double the footprint and can support more washing machines, a folding area, and possibly a separate sorting zone, making it suitable for larger facilities.

Q4: What are the power and water requirements?

A: Power and water requirements depend on the machine configuration. A typical containerized batch laundry unit with commercial washers and dryers may require a dedicated electrical supply (e.g., 100kW, 208V/3-phase) , and a fresh water flow rate of approximately 30 gallons per minute . Exact requirements will be confirmed in the engineering design phase based on your selected machines.

Q5: What is the installation process and how long does it take?

A: The unit arrives pre-assembled with machines and internal plumbing already connected. On-site work is limited to connecting the container to external power and water sources. For standard configurations, the system can be set up quickly once the container is placed on a leveled and compacted surface or raised on concrete pads or blocks . A 40ft containerized laundry can be set up within 1 hour.
